Shock as Popular South African DJ Shot Dead in the Heart of Johannesburg.

A prominent South African radio and club DJ has been fatally gunned down in the metropolis of Johannesburg, triggering widespread grief across a country battling rampant crime.

Warrick Stock, popularly known as DJ Warras, was shot and killed in the city centre on a Tuesday afternoon.

The DJ sought to escape after he was wounded but succumbed to his injuries across the street.
