The Co-Creator of Call of Duty, Has Passed Away in a Los Angeles Car Crash
The co-creator of Call of Duty, the mind behind the immensely successful franchise Call of Duty, has died in a traffic collision in Los Angeles, California aged 55.
His passing was verified by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio that he helped create.
The renowned video game developer passed away following his vehicle was involved in a crash and was engulfed in flames on a motorway in Los Angeles on Sunday, US media outlets report.
"This represents a devastating loss, and our hearts are with his family and friends, those closest to him, and everyone impacted by his legacy," an official with Electronic Arts said.
